Insulin Pumps

Based on a rolling four-year period, you and your dependants each have a maximum of $5,000 towards the purchase of insulin pumps. Insulin dependency is required.

Glucose Monitoring Supplies

Every calendar year (January to December), you and your dependants each have a maximum of $6,000 towards the purchase of glucose monitoring supplies, including OmniPods, cartridges, infusion sets, reservoirs, continuous glucose monitor receivers/transmitters, sensors, and flash glucose monitor sensors and readers. Insulin dependency is required.

Diabetic Supplies

Every calendar year (January to December), you and your dependants each have a maximum of $1,000 towards the purchase of test strips, lancets, alcohol swabs, pen needles, syringes, lancing devices, and blood glucose meters. Insulin dependency is not required.

Exclusion(s):

  • Glucose control solution

Note: Dispensing fees for continuous glucose monitoring supplies (e.g., Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre products) are not covered.
