Based on a rolling two-year period, you and your dependants each can be reimbursed for a maximum of one medical brace per body part (e.g. left ankle, right ankle, left wrist, right wrist, back), to a maximum of $500 per medical brace. A medical brace is a device or appliance used to support limbs or other body parts.
